Can I request a specific strain from stiizyvapes.com that isn't currently available on the store?

Absolutely! If there’s a strain you’d like to recommend you can submit a request to [email protected] Not all our weed strains have been added in the shop so you can either contact our customer support below or leave us a message to the above email on the exact quantity of the strain you want alongside your full names, home address, email, phone number so we will proceed with your order.

Do you accept returns?

We don’t offer returns and but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]

The stiizyvapes contact center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. we have an online customer service who is always available to assist all our customers.

Shipping And Return Information

Where do the products ship from?

All our merchandise is shipped directly from our drop shipping partner in the US and Canada. The products are shipped from one of these locations based on the fastest shipping times and product availability:

Los Angeles, California
Toronto, Ontario

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States Canada United Kingdom Australia and to some European countries where delivery can be done either via UPS or FedEX.

How is shipping calculated?

You will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $50 during checkout. These fee is added for each purchase made.

How long does shipping take?

Before products are shipped they must be registered for delivery and tracking details of the package will be forwarded to the customer email address within 24 hours.

Shipping takes 2 – 10 days on average depending on location.

Do I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes. When your item ships you will receive a shipping notification email that will include the tracking details of your package. Check your email from time to time after placing your order for more updates from us concerning your package.
